A successful recruitment agency located in Europe with a US presence wanting to break into the UK. Although they had a key "differential" their marketing material and connections were poor.

- Re-write all marketing material; removing "American style" spelling, grammar and simplifying the process involved
- Assess and critique their UK competition
- Training for key personnel re selling to the UK market
- Produce a database of key HR Directors in a range of FTSE and Private companies
